Jangwen Foundation’s Cradle-to-Career (C2C) approach is a holistic model designed to support children, youth, and women at every stage of life — from early childhood through adulthood to Career level, to ensure they not only survive but thrive. It integrates education, health, empowerment, and life skills development into a continuous pathway of growth. Beginning in early childhood, the Foundation strengthens foundational literacy, numeracy, and moral development through community libraries, mentorship, and school support programs.

As children advance, they receive access to health information, career guidance, and safe spaces that nurture their confidence and resilience. For youth and women, the model extends into vocational training, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and sports for wellbeing enabling them to gain practical skills for sustainable livelihoods.
